Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between the user (“User”) and the Company (“Company”), governing access to and use of the digital trading platform, including its website, mobile application, and ancillary services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing, registering with, or using the Platform, the User is deemed to have unconditionally accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Access

1.1. Access to the Platform is restricted to persons who are legally competent under applicable law to enter into binding contracts.

1.2. The Company reserves the absolute right to deny, suspend, restrict, or revoke access to any User at its sole discretion, without assigning any reason or liability.

2. User Obligations

2.1. The User covenants to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as required.

2.2. The User shall not, directly or indirectly:

(a) employ the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes;

(b) copy, reproduce, scrape, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written approval of the Company;

(c) introduce any virus, malware, or harmful code into the Platform.

3. Services and Information

3.1. The Platform may provide access to, product pricing, indicative freight rates, Chart Report Or News, market intelligence, digital documentation, and trade inquiries/Offers.

3.2. All such information is provided solely on an informational and facilitative basis and does not constitute binding advice, assurance, or representation.

3.3. The Company may, at its discretion, modify, suspend, discontinue, or withdraw any feature or service of the Platform without prior notice.

3.4 We have no control over and are not responsible for the content of such websites/portal or any information provided by third party.

3.5 We are not responsible for displaying all chart data. The information provided may be limited, incomplete, or subject to availability.

4. Commercial Transactions

4.1. The Company shall not be a party to, nor assume liability for, any commercial transaction or contractual arrangement entered into between Users and third parties through the Platform.

4.2. Any contractual, financial, or legal obligations arising from such transactions shall be borne exclusively by the concerned parties, without recourse to the Company.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

5.1. Fees, charges, or payments made for availing services on the Platform shall, unless expressly stated otherwise, be non-refundable and non-transferable.

5.2. Cancellations, where permitted by the Company in its sole discretion, may be subject to administrative charges or deductions.

5.3. The Company disclaims all liability for any disputes relating to refunds or cancellations of third-party services accessed via the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All intellectual property rights, including without limitation copyrights, trademarks, trade names, service marks, software, databases, and proprietary content available on the Platform, shall vest exclusively with the Company.

6.2. The User shall acquire no right, title, or interest in the foregoing by virtue of access to or use of the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Platform and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

7.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, representations, or liabilities, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for purpose, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted availability.

7.3. The User shall be solely responsible for reliance upon, or utilization of, any information, data, or service accessed through the Platform.

8. Indemnity

8.1. The User undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and agents against all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, costs, losses, or expenses arising from the User’s access to or use of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

8.2. Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relation with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.

9. Suspension and Termination

9.1. The Company may, without notice, suspend or terminate the User’s access to the Platform in the event of non-compliance with these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or legal compulsion.

9.2. Upon termination, all rights granted to the User shall cease forthwith.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of India.

10.2. The courts situated at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11.2. No waiver by the Company of any breach or default shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.

11.3. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Company in respect of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, whether oral or written.
